The "superstitious" old man I met on the train was Louis Pasteur

On the train going to Paris, there was a young man sitting next to an old man. Just a few minutes after the train left, he pulled out a wooden rosary from his pocket and immersed himself in prayer. The student observed the old man's movements with an annoyed expression.

Each of us has beliefs and beliefs. Some people believe in Buddha, some people insist on supporting atheism. The article below will reveal to us a few things and the views of famous scientists on this issue.

Louis Pasteur is called the "father of microbiology", is still considered a great physician and honored as a "benefactor of mankind". Few people have saved more lives than Louis Pasteur. The vaccines he developed have protected millions of people. His research on germs revolutionized medicine. There is a story about him that goes like this:

After a long while, seemingly unable to bear it, he boldly spoke up:
-Sir, do you still believe in such nonsense...?
The old man calmly replied:
-Yes, I still believe it. And you, don't you believe it...?
The young man cheekily replied:
-I believed when I was young, but now how can I believe in that nonsense, because science has opened my eyes. Just believe me and learn the new discoveries of science, then you will see that what you have believed up to now is all nonsense...
The old man gently asked the student:
-You just talked about new scientific discoveries, can you help me understand them...?
The student quickly replied:
“Just give me the address, I will send the books to you, then you will be fascinated to enter the rich world of science.”
The old man... slowly pulled out a business card from his pocket and gave it to the student. Reading through the business card, the student suddenly turned pale with embarrassment and quietly left for another carriage. Because on that business card it said: “Louis Pasteur, Paris Institute of Scientific Research.”

Louis Pasteur, famous French scientist who lived in the 19th century, father of fermentation theory, bacteria and rabies vaccine.
When he passed away, the French government organized a national funeral and on the way his coffin passed, groups of people knelt down and shed tears...!
In history, there have been few scientists to whom humanity has shown such deep gratitude. Yet this great scientist was passionate about the Rosary...!
In Vietnam, statues of him are found in Saigon, Da Lat, Nha Trang and other places...
In the world, how many countries have built statues of him and respectfully named them in honor of him, a world-famous scientist...!
Are you and I more talented than scientists...?
"The more I study Science, the more I believe in God's Grace, even if it is Invisible."
Yes...!
Standing before the vast universe, we are so small. I am just a very small dot, a tiny grain of sand. I am just a creature of mud, here today and gone tomorrow...!
